When it comes to facilities, movie choice, and technical quality, this theater is about as good as it gets in Nashville. But there are a few needs that, if addressed, would greatly improve the overall theater experience. First, the concession area is too crowded. It sometimes takes 25-30 minutes to get through the line. This is longer than it takes at Titans games. Secondly, on weekend evening (when I am most likely to see a movie), the area outside the theater, especially the outside entrance to the mall near the theater's entrance, is a little seedy with teens loitering, smoking, and loudly using foul language. The last issue is a problem I see at nearly all theaters. They need someone to enforce proper theater etiquette (since people dont seem to take the responsibility themselves). Rarely do I go to the movies without being disturbed by cell phones, talking patrons, etc. Pros: Movie Selection, Comfort, Audio & Video Quality Cons: Concessions crowded, Outside Environment
