Review content:
A friend loves it here and has gone for years. I went to see Nancy for a cut and color. I have long hair and there was a portion on the back side that wasn't cut into layers. I went back the next day and she recut it and admitted her error. And when I went to tip her to be polite she took the tip! She admitted to miscutting, so I thought that was rude. And the color seemed great in the salon, but when I got home I noticed I look like I have roots from one month ago in my hair (i have dark brown hair but go blonde). She did not get close to the scalp at all. And there are numerous dark brown areas around my head, so I need to be really careful wearing a ponytail or pulling my hair back. I feel like I need a full highlight and I just got it done. Not worth the money- she is expensive. Maybe I caught her on a horrible day, but I won't go back.
