This Management company (as they call it), more like ""money collectors"", who care nothing about there renters only the rent.\r
Even when you pay it they cannot keep there paperwork correct, they came to me saying i did'nt pay, then since i had a receipt they said ooo ok,not sorry or anything. When you call with a complaint they never take care of it.\r
Pebble Peak Ridge is new for them and they will not enforce any of the rules.\r

*Over capacity of residents- 8 when contract say's 4 persons per house without owner permission- owner must not care about fire or legal codes- or not yet until the county gets involved.. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO RUN YOUR PROPERTY unless you want to loose more renters...................
