We stayed three nights in the ""Wicker Room"" at Baileys Harbor Ridges Resort and Lakeview Suite. We were very dissatisfied. Our expectations for the quality of our accommodations was set by the price, the descriptions provided by the Baileys Harbor Ridges Resort web site and the proprietor's description. I can assure you that the characterization of the ""Wicker Room"" does not match with the actual quality of the accommodations. We expressed our dissatisfaction and provided a list of issues to the proprietor, and were met with a thin response (""alright then..."") and no discussion, apology or offer of adjustment to our bill.
