I am sure glad I found these negative reviews before I went to meet up with these people! I saw some of their properties and they certainly look nice, but it isn't worth it to put up with the horrible landlords and legal issues.
I have to say I have lived 7.5 years of bliss at my current abode in Santa Maria, but unfortunately need to relocate to SLO or at least Five Cities to be closer to Cal Poly come Fall.
