This rental agency should come with the guarantee of ""DO NOT Expect to be Treated Fairly Upon Your Departure"" . Undoubtedly, what is presented to you as your ""Security Deposit Reconciliation"" upon your move-out is an unjustifiable outrage. The longest-term tenants gets absolutely no leeway for the most ordinary everyday wear and tear. They are demeaned for their living standards if they dare insist they did leave the home clean. No matter how pleasant and problem-free your tenancy had been, once it becomes time for your deposit to be fairly refunded, Dr.Jekyll becomes a pompous Mr. Hyde, one with lawyers on retainer. BEWARE - THIS WILL NOT END UP TO BE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!
