My family moved to Raleigh, NC from Wilmington, NC and had to lease over the phone due to such short notice of my job transfer. I was very skeptical of doing this, but the office staff I dealt with were so friendly and so helpful! I reserved our apartment before I even visited Raleigh, and the leasing agent who worked with me sent me pictures of our actual apartment and everything! \r

We were very impressed upon first arriving to the community. The complex is very nice from the exterior and everything is brand new. The clubhouse area is really nice! They have a pool table and a gorgeous kitchen area that you can reserve for events. I wish we were able to rent out the area during later hours, but it is only available to rent while the leasing office is open. We had my sister's baby shower there one weekend and it was so nice! \r

The pool area is really great too! They have an outdoor lounge sitting area with a fireplace. The pool is just a little crowed in the summer time, but that is to be expected at any apartment community. The office staff does a decent job at keeping all the non-residents out too which is very nice.\r

We have had a great experience at this community and I have actually recommended it to a few co-workers that have relocated to Raleigh as well. They have moved in too and they love it! The locating is great...Not in a very congested area but still close distance to everything.\r
