We had a reservation for 9:45 p.m. that night. We arrived about five minutes before our reservation and checked in with the hostess. The hostess informed us that our wait would be approximately 15 minutes, which was not a problem for our group. \r \r My friend and I would check back in on our reservation and was told "approximately 15 minutes," for the next two hours. The sad fact is that we weren't the only table this was happening too. When this issue was brought up to the head hostess/manager my friend and I were both dismissed and to add insult to injury, we started to see people that came in way after us getting a table. My friend then asked the head hostess/manager to speak to a manager and she informed her that she was the manager on duty. My friend then asked to speak to the owner and was told that she didn't know where he was. Surprisingly, he happened to be standing next to my friend. My friend expressed her disappointment with Prime's customer service and he said he would speak with the manager about the issue. After two hours of waiting and complaining we were finally seated.\r \r We sat for about 30 minutes without service from a waiter. I had to call for a manager, who ended up taking our table's order. Bread and water were dropped off by a bus boy, which was the best service we received all night. Even after the manager took our order, the server for our section did not check back with the table to see how we were doing or if our food was fine. We only saw him when it was time to ask for the check. I find that to be completely unacceptable.\r \r The one saving grace for the evening was your menu. The food was fantastic and everyone at our table enjoyed their entrees, but the service was deplorable.
