Review content:
This is the worst place to get anything done. Entire staff including the so called manager is very unprofessional. The staff is not willing to help customers in no way possible. Just this week my husband and I went to this place 4 different times to get his hair cut. Each and every single time we made it there and signed in way before closing time. We wait and wait and finally 10 minutes after waiting they tell us that they don't have time to take us. This didn't happen once but 4 different times, so you can't help but think they are very discrimitory. I have been there to get my hair cut and eyebrows waxed a number of times. And everytime I get a particular stylist (Cindy) she always messes it up. It is amazing that they haven't fired yet after numerous complaints about her from me alone.
