Avoid at all cost!\r

Extremely small unorganized store. One working fitting room and the two other fitting rooms that another bridesmaid and I changed in barely had elbow room! There were racks of dresses and all other things inside one fitting room room and the small one had a huge mirror that took up half the space. \r

After paying the deposit on the first visit, Sam's attitude turned from tolerable to utterly HORRIBLE! Very poor customer service. Sam could not communicate what it is he really means and is awfully rude with no manners at all! \r

OVER-PRICED alterations! $35 just to shorten/hem the dress! Left the store at 5:30pm and called them the next day at 11am to cancel the alterations but the dress was apparently cut already. Interestingly, the dress wasn't ready until after 5 business days. \r

I live an hour away and due to traffic (took me 1.5 hrs to get there), I was going to miss the 5pm appointment to pick up the dress. Called the store at 5pm and informed them we're coming late. Wasn't too worried since the store hours was until 6pm but when we got there past 5pm... the store was closed.\r

Our experience there was just beyond bad and absolutely frustrating! Don't even bother thinking about this bridal shop. Nightmare!
Pros: The helpful lady Denise.
Cons: Everything.
