Terrible and unprofessional sums it up.
Big League movers didn't have the good sense to put the drain hose into the drain on my washer and my apartment flooded. Their reply when I addressed this issue with them. ""we're not plumbers and we have a disclaimer on our website"". FYI I called ten times and tried to escalate to the owner and NEVER received a call back from anyone. Ironcially when I decided to dispute charges on my credit card they got through in less than 3 hours.
Also Big League Movers had a mirror to my bedroom set for four days and didn't bother to call me and tell me they had it. I didn't notice it was missing for three days since I was dealing with the walls of my apartment being cut out and half a dozen fans and dehumidifiers for the first three days of moving into my new place.
And to top it all off, when they finally did return my mirror I wasn't home and the same guy who didn't put the drain line in was argumentative and rude to my MOTHER disclaiming ""we are not liable"".
I wouldn't use these folks again to put a rock in a river.
