My wife and I went in there and found the staff and the owner very friendly and really knowledgeable about bay gear. They also have a computerized baby registry and we were able to ad to that registry from home. If you want to go to a store where people really know product - this seems to be the place in a friendly environment.
Pros: friendly enviroment with knowledgeable saleshelp
Cons: store has lots of merchandise -almost overwhelming. Parking
