This morning your dedicated employee Kay really came thru for us. We currently have three of your laptops on property. For the time being, we have misplaced one of the power cords. This third laptop was serving as a backup to a conference we are hosting. As luck would have it, we needed to use this laptop in there General Session. I called Kay this morning, and in what seemed like less than ten minutes, she is knocking on the door with a replacement power cord. I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated her actions. Our client, Independent Petroleum Association Of America is a very high profile group. Thanks once again for all of the support we receive from Atiwa. \r
