Review content:
This is one of the worst places I have ever seen in a long long time. They are not interested in fixing your vehicle, but instead only look to trap you into paying a large amount of money for a phantom repair. How this place is allowed to stay in business is beyond me. They have the worst mechanic on the face of the planet. Apparently, it takes this mechanic 6.5 hours to remove the head. Any other mechanic in this world can do it in 30 minutes. I could probably train my dog to take the head off faster than the mechanic at this place. But I digress. Back to the real problem at hand. This place will knowingly tell you they can fix a problem while all along knowing it will not fix the issue. By doing this, they trap you into their business. Because one way or another they are going to get money out of you. First, they get you to make a repair that will not fix your problem. You know owe them money. In my case, $450. Now that they have this bogus repair hanging over you, they will tell you what the real cost of the repair will be and it is usually inflated higher than most other places in the metroplex. In my case, they wanted to run up expenses on repairs to the tune of $2,000. So, you can either pay the $450 with the bogus repair and go somewhere else. Take it up the tailpipe and pay the $2000 and get the repair done there or leave your car for them to take over and make even more money on it. They have quite a racket going on over there. They should be ashamed of how they do their business, but from talking to them, they are actually proud of what they do and consider everyone that goes there to be complete fools. I guess they are right, you should never take your vehicle to a muffler shop to get anything more than a muffler placed on your vehicle. However, they claim they can do repairs, but they can't and are very incompetent at their mechanic work. Save yourself the time, money and frustration you will get by going here. Take your car anywhere and get better service. You will get work done cheaper and faster at the dealership even. Don't waste your time here. Run, don't walk to the nearest exit and get as far away from here as possible. Don't be a victim, be a survivor and pass this place without actually pulling in and save your money.
