I was quite disappointed by their pho.\r
I love pho noodles, but what was served here was not that great. I would rather drive to the areas near Central and Louisiana in Albuquerque (where there are many Vietnamese restaurants) rather than come back to Viet Rice. It's a shame that this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Rio Rancho. They need competition.
