I don't know where to start. Their truck was too small to hold all my goods so they had to come back the next day to finish but I had to fly to my new home so couldn't be there. Their guys were awful. They packed my stuff and I can't begin to count how many things ended up smashed. They moved one portion to an apartment, the rest to storage. They damaged a ton of stuff in the apartment move and it took almost one year to get the claim resolved. I had them move my stored goods to my new house and they trashed a table and chair, all my appliances are dented, except for the refrigerator which now has bent door so will not close and the kicker is they lost a large leather couch and after 5 weeks still can't find it. They also damaged all my art that they packed and numerous other items. And then the manager tells me once he knows I am going to file another claim, that I cancelled my insurance (REALLY!! after the apartment experience????) and that they will cover all the damages at 60 cents a pound. DO NOT USE these ripoff incompetents. I won't even go into how they arrived late for each move and had me waiting endlessly without so much as a phone call.
