Review content:
We just began service with Hitmen Pest. Our neighbor has used them for 15 years, so we got a great recommendation from them. Originally they came out to check a rodent problem and spray for inspects. They have done a wonderful job.
They have come out several times because there is construction going on in our area and it disturbs the rodents. They come out whenever we call. They respond so quickly; I am so impressed with this company. Everyone who works at Hitmen Pest, from whoever answers the phone to the billing department to the service personnel, is so nice and professional. It is really unusual these days to have an experience with a company like this.
They are also local. We are very happy with them. I was struck because not only are they so professional, but they are very polite and articulate as well. They act as though they really care about the business and are invested in the business themselves. It is so unusual to see that these days.
It is a pleasure dealing with them. They tell me right in the beginning what the costs are going to be, and there are never hidden costs. They are very direct. They tell me what I can expect from them, and then they deliver. They are nice people.
