I am very pleased with Hitmen Pest. I have had them on retainer for about a year now. They have made about five visits in total and they come every two months. I had a tremendous ant problem and this area in general has a tremendous ant problem. Hitmen got rid of the ants on the first treatment. They offered to come back in two weeks if they were not gone, but they were gone. And just about the time ant season was beginning, when I just started to see them here and there, they came back and the ants were gone again. And the product they use is non-toxic. They do not disturb anything. You would not be able to tell they were here at all except there are no bugs.
The last time I used them, the technician arrived early and was waiting outside in the vehicle. I waived him in, but he was very considerate about meeting at the scheduled time. When he was finished, I noticed there was one area where I had seen bugs that had not been treated, so I mentioned it to him and he took care of it. Everything is great.
