Review content:
A friend of mine that goes to Kutztown University recommended Salon Joey to me in the winter. Money was tight so I just recently went out and had my highlights done. They are the best i have ever gotten! There are so many and im so much more blonde which is exactly what i wanted for the summertime! Im so happy with my results and experience. The salon is such a great atmosphere to be in and the conversation is great, everyone in the salon joined in!
