Although I rented a couple of RV's before buying I still consider myself as an inexperienced buyer at the time I bought my RV. I bought local as I thought I would get better service once you build a relationship with the dealer. Boy was I wrong. I have had so many issues small and large, even to a point that the issues would compromise the safety of the the occupants. Now that I found my 3th mayor issue I started to look on the internet for a place to inform consumers about this company. I am not sure about the costs of this issue but by my judgment I am looking at 1500 dollar. Now the funny thing with the issues is that they were hidden, blatantly denied, or fixed in a way that the fix would not last for 6 months. I must come to the conclusion that they do not value a customer even if he lives local and most likely would come back for maintenance and maybe for upgrading to a newer or bigger RV. Now is this a general dealer problem? I don't know it might but I do know that the issues were blatantly denied and was left standing. People if you are shopping for a used RV avoid the dealer (especially this on) as you would still have to pay for any repair yourself. There are plenty RV's for sale from your community and the risk is the same. And make sure you bring someone that has had RV's for the past 5 to 10 years and knows what to look out for. Sushi
