I""ve had Cbeyond in my business for the last 2 years and couldn't be happier. Very cost effective, helpful and friendly stuff, high quality services... just great! The -1 star is because the sales rep was unexperienced and very young... Maybe that's why some of these customers are so pissed! Such a great company should hire people with more experience and professionalism. In general, very happy with Cbeyond. Highly recommended!
