I own a small private school, and I switched to CBeyond for this school year. The experience has been nothing short of horrible. The salespeople flat-out lied about everything from the price, to the incentives and credits they never gave . I am going to get out of my contract. A contract is only binding if the company delivers what it promises. The idea of a contract is to protect BOTH parties. As a consumer, your protection is that the company has to deliver what it promises. If it doesn't, there is a breach of contract.
Pros: None.
Cons: The cost will be higher than what they tell you.
