I am writing this so that I may help somebody in the future to ""NOT SIGN UP"" with Cbeyond and save money and headaches. Their sales people are LIARS. They misrepresented absolutely everything, including PRICE. And then when you try to get a hold of them, they misteriously dissapear (their cell numbers are disconnected). When you call customer support and ask about them, they tell you they were transferred to some other region, including the Sales Mngr they brought in to close the deal.\r
Their customer Service is HORRIBLE, and the person that was assigned to your company is ALSO gone within the first 2 weeks. All in all, you are paying double for a service that you already have. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
