Review content:
Chchoby, we at Aqua Mechanics are very sorry that your pool liner was damaged and you lost most of your water this year. We certainly understand that you are unhappy about that. However, Aqua Mechanics' technicians did not punch the hole in your liner at the closing, nor did they crack your pool light lens. They did inadvertently create a 3"" hole as they tried to stretch the bead back into position, but they patched the hole immediately so that your pool could be promptly refilled with water, preventing further material damage. As far as not cleaning your filter at the opening, your filter was, in fact, cleaned at the 2010 pool closing. However, you did not chlorinate or add algaecide to your pool during the winter of 2010-11, so your water was a swampy mess by the time the pool was opened in 2011. After two weeks filtering very dirty water after the opening, of course your filter needed to be opened up and cleaned out. Chchoby, fortunately the vast majority of our customers are fair-minded people who will recognize the folly of your review.
