Review content:
I am glad to see, after reading the previous reviews, that not everyone has had a bad experience with Steve's Intermountain. I, however, would not recommend this business to anybody. In the past 5 months my vehicle has been in and out of the shop 4 times. I do not exaggerate to say that I have not had my car for more than 2 days at a time before it won't start again! Each time Steve tells us its a totally different and unrelated issue. Yet, as time goes by, his words become hollower and hollower. Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad if he acknowledged the fact that it seems a bit fishy, since we never had problems with the car before and have always kept up on regular maintenance. I don't mean to suggest that Steve's is purposely conning me, but he doesn't seem to recognize the fact that he cannot seem to fix my car, and yet I continue to pour thousands of dollars into his company! A little sympathy, some assurance that they are NOT trying to dupe me, and some good old fashioned customer service would go a long way. My car is currently under his ""care"", but as soon as I get it back, I am done with this company. I would much rather find a business that can actually fix a car, but that also knows how to treat a customer!
Cons: horrible customer service
