I recently left my great dentist of 10 years because of a change in dental insurance. I tried Swaroop based only on his nice website...Looks are deceiving...After my x-rays, they refused to clean my teeth (as covered by insurance) unless I signed up for ""full mouth debridement and irrigation""...My mouth and teeth are perfect, but their high pressure sales techniques (3 different people) made it sound like my teeth would fall out and I'd be dead by sundown if I didn't let them perform this $270.00 procedure...I called my insurance and they told me my out of pocket for this procedure should have been only $15.00 and that the irrigation is ""never"" necessary and for this reason, not covered. Swaroop refused to clean my teeth under the terms approved by DeltaCare. I filed a complaint with the Insurance company and will never show my face(mouth) there again!
Pros: Thank God I escaped with my wallet
Cons: High pressure sales people
