Never thought I'd find Kobe steak in Knoxville (less than 2 miles from my house!). This place is amazing - the best meats from all over the world. Be prepared to shell out some dough. Phenomenal lamb, beef, ostrich, and homemade sausages. Prime meat comes at a price, but it's cheaper than eating out and a lot more fun to make it yourself. If you have a hankering for something exotic they don't have on hand, they will special order in quantity.\r \r In terms of seafood, I haven't tried it there in quite some time - I've gotten hooked on the Shrimp Dock, just down the road. I did get a Surf'n'Turf at Carithers, and the lobster was great. Went well with the gorgeous filets we bought. Pros: highest quality you'll find in Knoxville Cons: you'll definitely shell out some bucks - look for their specials in Metro Pulse
