I know this kennel well because many years ago I worked there. I noticed, the negative review and thought it was interesting.
Canine Country Club is an honest company and in saying that, I know that they would say there have been cases of kennel cough. Kennel Cough can happen anywhere. Taking your dog for a walk can expose your dog(S). Kennel cough is no different than taking your children to school and not expecting them to be exposed to anything. When I worked at Canine Country Club they highly recommended vaccination but even still vaccinations promise nothing. A lot of times clients were not up to date on vaccinations and then blamed the kennel. People that didn't want to take the time to vaccinate always seem to play the blame game.
Canine Country club has been around longer than any other kennel and while other places change owners or close, they are still there.
I still board my pets there because of the staff and the honesty. I am going to call the owners and let them know about the last post.
