I wouldn't recommend renting from Shovers realty unless you like waiting a month for repairs to be done to your place and having to call 3, sometimes 4 times before one of their people actually shows up to fix anything. However, if you love feeling a fresh draft through all the windows in the dead of winter you will love their properties. The people they send to do repairs were careless and don't really care about the work they do. One time they used our bathroom and peed all over the toilet seat and just left the mess for me to clean up. Shover's just wants your rent money and really could care less about the place you live in. Also, they will screw you out of hundreds of dollars in security deposit even if the place looks fine when you leave it. They also raised our rent every year. Shovers Realty stinks!!
