Businiess name:  Shovers Realty, LLC

Review content:
What everyone is saying here is true. Shovers does not take care of their buildings and they blame all the problems on the tenants. The owner gets mad when you request work orders and attempts to intimidate his renters acting like he knows what is going on. Truth is that he knows nothing and their maintenance staff is as incompetent as ""Tim the Tool man Taylor"". It takes months to get things fixed and even when things are fixed they are fixed incorrectly. My advice is to stay away and if you live there file a complaint not just with the BBB but call up your building authority and have the place inspected (it's free) and they will back you up if you have problems with Shovers as they fail to take care of their buildings. Additionally, the inspectors will force the problems to be fixed and hand out appropriate fines.
