My wife is staying in the US and I am working abroad so I wanted to surprise her with flowers for our anniversary. Instead of delivering the flowers they preceded to call her to verify if she indeed lived there and left a voicemail. This ruined her surprise and since she did not get the voicemail until after closing they delivered it the next day, late. They stated that they call residential addresses to avoid rising gas costs. This was not explained on their website and shouldn't gas be included in the delivery cost? On top of everything else no one apologized for not delivering the flowers on time or offered a delivery refund. It goes without saying we will not be using this shop in the future.
