I went to VS because, like others, hadn't quite found the right stylist for me. Then one day on a whim, I was walking around the mall and went to VS and was assigned to TINA-who did an amazing job with my hair! I will definitely go back to her, worth the extra for a MASTER stylist. I thought the only way to correct my bad haircut was to chop it all off but she convinced me that I could keep the length without sacrificing style-I have received compliments that I look younger and trendier-so cool! She did push products, but was polite when I declined. The one and only thing I don't like about the salon is the HAIR ON THE FLOOR-it is GROSS to walk through other people's cut hair and I have yet to see anyone sweep between clients and it truly irks me. Outside of that MAJOR complaint, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair except TINA!
