I have been going to Visible Changes for over 7 years. Through those years, I have stayed true to 3-4 hairstylists and have had positive experiences 90% of the time. A couple of months ago I was straped for time and in dire need of a trim. I went into the Baybrook Mall location as a walk-in and was set up with Lindsey M. I told her I wanted a trim, and before I knew what was going on, she had given me a ""man cut."" It was waaaay too short! She said her mother had the same haircut. I did not want her mother's hairstyle--I am in my 30s. It was the worst haircut I have ever received. Besides being too short, it was very uneven. The grow-out period has been the longest ever. Beware! Do not sit down in Lindsey M.'s chair! You will regret it.
