Review content:
I started shopping at this store a few years back and there was a delightful manager by the name of Melissa, you could feel it the day they lost this manager. I have been several times since, the first of which I asked for Melissa and the young girl stated they pushed her out and seemed upset. The poor morale of the staff shows now and the current management is never available. The new remodel has made the store look more like a CVS, and the salon seems to be a revolving door. There are many other options in the area I have discovered Sephora and Beauty Brands (which has an awesome salon and spa). Do not waste your time here, it will just put you in a bad mood and nothing will be resolved.
