I can't say to the quality of the work done - unfortunately for over a month my appointment was moved, rescheduled, and finally just forgotten by Keith Supply. I eventally cancelled and went with another company. I did call the owner to let him know of my experience, they said it was a misunderstanding and they didn't do the work I needed anyway. They therefore referred me to someone else. This was a huge waste of time and effort though, and I was not satisfied with their customer service.
