Pete's is the only service center within 40 miles of Paramus for our Swedish made dishwasher.\r

My wife called and told me about an encounter with a very rude and uncooperatiive woman that answers the phone. She asked me to call and deal with them. I read the reviews and expecting the worst possible experience called and spoke to a very nice and reasonable woman. I could hear a rude and nasty woman in the background.\r

The appointment was scheduled, the service men arrived as agreed and were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.\r

Like many people I normally write reviews only when I am disappointed with the service. In this case I made an exception.\r
Pros: Experience depends on the person answering the phone
Cons: Disaster if the rude woman answers rhe phone
