Review content:
I have tried to quit smoking at least half a dozen times, obviously unsuccessfully. This time, I'm done. I have not had the usual physical cravings for nicotine. I have been able to be around others who smoke in a social setting and have not been tempted to have a cigarette. I have not had to walk away. At other times when I have tried to quit, when life gets stressful, I would pick up a cigarette and start the nasty cycle again. Right now, my job is very stressful. They may eliminate my position and my mother's breast cancer has returned. I do not need a cigarette. I can handle it.
I thank Dan and my husband and family do, too. It has been a great experience and I tell everyone how incredibly easy this has been.
