Review content:
I chose this salon because of all the positive reviews and the intriguing nail designs on their website. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Pros: friendly staff, no watiing for walk-ins, interesting designs from which to choose. I walked out of the salon with nails that had the tip color extending halfway down my nail bed, and acrylic so thick it looked like Chiclets on the tips of my fingers. When I pointed out the thickness of the nails, the tech said ""You think they're thick?"" I said yes and asked her to file them down and after about 30 minutes of it they were still about 1/8"" thick (pretty darn thick in my experience, and I've been getting acrylics for 10+ years). After I got home I noticed that on two of my nails where the nail bed starts there were spots where she had actually filed through the nail and dug into the nailbed itself. Thankfully, as my nails have grown out, so has the damage. I would strongly urge you to think twice before going to get your nails done here.
