They were very nice until it came time to pay for the service. They demanded payment in full on the day I went in to set up the funeral.
In hindsight, I looked at prices of caskets online, and see that I payed too much for a casket. I saw similar caskets online for less than half what I paid here.
There was not a selection of low priced caskets that offered variety or were nice looking. Very disappointed with that.
They were cheaper in their prices for service. I thought cremation would cost less, but it isn't that much less and my dad wanted a burial so we went that route.
The salesperson we met with after dad died, was pleasant, efficient and helpful, but I was not pleased with the limited selection of low priced caskets. Next time I will purchase one online.
