This is year ten or so of eyeglasses and contacts, so I've been to a few docs. Dr. Williams was thorough, careful, and friendly. He asked about my conditions, took careful notes in an integrated patient record management system. I watched over Dr. Williams' shoulder as he examined the scanned images of my eyes for abnormalities using different color pairings and brightness options. He was friendly, focused and professional. I was really excited that I didn't have to have my eyes dilated -- even as a new patient. \r \r The glasses frames selection looks to be both affordable and hip. (They called me in right on time for my appointment, so I didn't have much time to look!) There were good magazines to read, the office was clean and modern, the front desk staff was attentive, and the upbeat Samba-like tunes were a welcome change from the typical elevator music at other offices. Clean, modern, and they take my insurance! Pros: new patients can fill out all of the ""paper""work online before the appointment; takes insurance Cons: Not open before 9am
