No one explained the use of the ""free"" truck before giving them my $. After driving up there on 3 seperate occassions to get the correct info on ALL of the documents needed I was overly frustrated being in the process of moving. I was shown at least 6 different units (all stating they were the same size but they were NO where near the same.) Most of the units were dirty and wet inside. I was told I could get a refund having not even used the unit but it would be issued by check and mailed to me...literally....whenever I get it. There is NO corporate office to contact and the manager on site provides no helpful information. It has been 2 weeks and still NO $! All Jack Rabbit says is ""we sent it."" The facility does not have guards as the site states and the coded exit NEVER closes! You must pay for gas in your ""free"" truck and dont expect the ""free"" lock if you don't ask. The home office was rude and didn't even bother to introduce herself with name and position...I could've been talking to the manager's mom. Went to MiniPrice storage...offered same itemms...much cleaner and more secured facility. DO NOT USE JACK RABBIT. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG...YOU WILL GET NO HELP FROM THEM!!!
