Well put Joey1234! I have posted a picture of my own, this COX truck was parked at the main gate in front of the sign that clearly states ""OFFICE PARKING ONLY!"" My poor wife could barely make it around the COX truck as the rear end of the vehicle was sticking out almost to the gate keypad. I called Cox and complained and the guy in charge told me that they are not to be blocking traffic, parking in fire lanes and have to follow the posted rules on the property! The other disgruntled poster must be a complete IDIOT insisting that they are a ""public utility"" even so, they are not an EMERGENCY VEHICLE"" and can't park where ever they please, especially in a fire lane or blocking people in!\r

Disband the Rules Committee? What the heck is this nut talking about? The Rules Committee keeps the place from going down hill and deprecating the value of our units. Maintenance issues? Your joking right? New pools, parking lots, trees, paint, pool fences, heck they are even redoing the walk ways as we speak. Never in all of the 8 years I have been living here has the place looked so good. Pigeon poop? I'm sure the Association asked for the birds to come live at Circle Tree, Right? I see that young fella Kyle power washing every week, what is this ding-a-ling talking about? \r

Neither me nor my wife has ever been towed, nor has any of our visitors. I bet that is because we ""FOLLOW THE RULES."" This whack job must work for Cox or something. Your sure helping the property values along with your moronic postings and negative $hit posted on the Internet, what wrong with you?
