Okay so I'm not a chicken wing girl, bones on chicken wings kinda freak me out, but the wings at Holy Smoke are crisp and the Spicy Plum sauce is AMAZING!! I'm in absolute LOVE with this place! Thier beef brisket is so yummy, pulled pork, pulled chicken, quarter chicken, just to name a few that I have personally had are WOW!! My husband loves the ribs, because there's actually meat on them, not just all bones! They also have corn muffins that I could eat a million of! \r
They have about 6 or 7 sauces that you can try, the spicy chili berry (I think that's it's name) is my favorite, and the best part is they will sell you a bottle of whatever sauce you want! I love the sauces so much I am going to buy a bunch for Christmas presents! \r
I don't think it's that out of the way, but it is kind of hidden. Close to the mall and busy Antelope Drive though. \r

YOU HAVE TO TRY IT, TRUST ME!!! Or maybe you should stay far far away from it, because believe me it is addicting!
Pros: Great variety, GREAT tasting food, lots of choices, and everything else!
Cons: That I can't eat there for every meal!
