Review content:
Had a bridal shower for my best friend here and was slapped with a bill that we weren't expecting - we were charged additional for iced beverages even though they were on our ""set fee"" menu that was pre-negotiated. We questioned the bill and the catering manager rudely told us there was nothing she WOULD do about it and unless we could produce our contract for her to review we needed to pay up right away. Then she (Luanne) proceeded to approach the bride and ask her what we (the hostesses) were going to do to pay the bill! OMG!! While we were getting our payment together, the catering manager then stood with the waitstaff gossiping on what our situation was, pointing and sneering our direction. Mind you, we were more than able to pay the bill, however there was definitely an air of superiority being cast our way - like we were unable to pay. Not the case, we just wanted to pay the negotiated amount plus gratuity. OUR SERVICE BY OUR WAITRESS WAS WONDERFUL HOWEVER (wanted to point that out...).However, I will never visit this restaurant again or recommend it to anyone.
