theese people stole my wifes clothing, the attendant asked where we were from and staying atk, first red fklag there, she then weighed the clothes. we paid her up front and even tipped her, she then someone will be here later this evening when you pick them up, second red flag, so later we return one bag was promptly handed to my wife tied in knots and stapled, we returned to the hilton and several only womens items of name brand clothing are now missing, so we returned immediately returned to talk to the first attendant that we had paid and also tipped her story was i remember those items, and she will look for them hhmmmm she appeared to be about the same size as my wife, she said il call you in a while,,,,,,we will never see her items again,,,BEWARE,,,,, OF THESE FRAUDS we also informed the hilton and now are contacting the BBB about laundromat services to put the warning out about them WHAT A HASSLE WHILE ON VACATION IN KEY LARGO
