This complex is by far the worst place I've lived.
I called maitnence 4 days ago to fix my ac that is not blowing cold air. They cam ein, didnt say a word and turned it off, and left all my lights on. He didnt even come back or leave a note, merely turned it off and never came back.
I turned the ac back on since he gave me no instructions not too and lo and behold its still blowing hot air. I called the office again and they sent someone out again he turned it off and said once the ice defrosted he would be back later to fix it. This was at 2pm. He never came back,
Come the next morning, I had to sleep with my windows open since I had no ac and since the so called maintainer didnt say he wasn't returning, I didn't make plans to stay in a hotel. Now its 230 3 days after I reported the problem and when I called the office to ask when it was going to be fixed the staff told me they had more important things to do.
I can't wait until our lease is up here. I wouldn't reccommened this to anyone!
