my roommates and i were stuck looking for a house to rent just weeks before school started so we didnt really care who we rented with at the time. Had no problems with the company except for their application fees, any cosinger has to also pay an application fee. We moved out leaving the place spotless yet were charged almost $800 in bs fees. We were charged over $100 just for them replacing a few light bulbs. Almost $200 to mow the lawn once even though i mowed it the day we moved out, Avoid this company at all costs and if your already renting from them dont expect your sercurity deposit back.
