It's all about the upsell as the other reviewers have stated. Listen, I'm a senior and this is the worst disrespectful company I've ever dealt with. My unit is still under warranty, I've shelled out big bucks and am still sitting in a hot house. It's always....""well let me talk to the owner & see what he can come up with"" and it's always more $$$ for a solution that never works....Bait & Switch experts...Do yourself a favor & stay away. They lure customers in by a coupon for a free service call. That should have alerted me right then & there!
By the way, the owner is perfectly fine with me writing this honest review. Why just before he hung up on me he told me to go right ahead!
