Businiess name:  Glarus Chocolatier

Review content:
As the name suggests, their chocolate is made in the Swiss style. Also, everything they sell is organic and has no preservatives. For this reason (excuse), my wife and I have been going to Glarus almost every week since they opened. Everything we've tried is good, but a few of their chocolates are amazing. We are particularly fond of the lavender truffles, pumpkin truffles, cinnamon-ginger truffles, the unfortunately named Rigi Spitz, and anything with their hand roasted almond chips - dark rocher being my favorite.\r \r They have various seasonal items, flavored chocolate barks, and take custom orders. They treat their customers exceptionally well and their grand opening party was very impressive. During major chocolate holidays (Valentines, Christmas, etc.) it is recommended to order in advance, but you can still pick and choose the varieties you like. They create some impressive works in chocolate, and their eggs filled with truffles is going to become a regular Easer gift from me. Pros: Taste, texture, flavors, varieties, all-natural organic and preservative free, cusomer service. Cons: Not open on Sundays (Timmonium location). Downtown store might be?
