After reading the review by lbrodrick I am shocked!. Same story, but a few differences. 11 weeks went by phone calls not returned, no status on my one single pantry cabinet, so I went in person expecting the company closed. Wow, they were still in business, so I talked to a manager and he said the manufacturer lost my order, and it would be at least 8 more weeks. They agreed to cancel the order, as it was never placed, and to credit my charge card back. Well, it has been 6 weeks and the credit card has not been credited, and again I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I too have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I do feel now I need to file a complaint with the BBB. So much for doing business with a local family run business! Seriously, find yourself another company. Pros: Sorry I cant give you one Cons: UNreliable, UNdependable, UNtrustworthy
